Request Service

In accordance with the University 2013/14 Winter Closure schedule, Event Services will be officially closed for business from Friday, December 20, 2013 at 5 p.m. through Monday, January 6, 2014 at 8 a.m. If you place a Service Request during this time, it will be addressed when we resume operations on January 6, 2014. Use this form to request services from Stanford's Event Services department. Provide the best information you have. Specify Audio/Visual details in the box provided (Step 2), and other information in the Further Details box below (Step 5). If we need clarification, we will contact you directly.

Also, tell us if you would like a media technician to service the entire duration of your event. If you have additional services provided by another AV vendor (such as Stanford Video) include any needs they may have.

Rental of trash cans is now being handled by PSSI.
To request trash, recycling and compost bins through PSSI, place a Customer Funded Request.

After placing this request, create an Excess Request. The pick-up will be schedule once the Excess Request is approved. Please allow up to five business days for processing. Provide item details in the Step 5 text box below.
Property Disposal (PSSI)  Arrange pickup of disposed property for delivery to PSSI.
